The problem with steampunk....

In one of my last post I talked about how I like steampunk and all that jazz. But I do I have one problem with it, it's not colorful enough. Most of the time, we tend to stick with blacks, browns and maybe a dark blue or purple, I have seen red a few times but still...So I came up with this necklace, a mix of gears, bows and bright shell beads as accents.
I think it has a gypsy feel to it, sort of.

Good old, Sepia tone for steampunk...more brown

  1. You know, I never thought about it but you are right. Steampunk generally doesn't have a lot of eye-capturing colors, but I love that you included that in your one necklace :)
